Winston’s career in the creative space spans three decades and four countries. He has founded and led several successful agencies in the U.S. and abroad, specializing in branding, marketing and advertising for governments, brands, and non-profit organizations.

His client portfolio includes global brands like ESPN, Deloitte, and Signia, destinations such as Beverly Hills, Roswell (NM), Frisco (TX), Raleigh (NC), and Bellevue (WA), as well as cultural institutions, sports venues, and events like the PGA and the Cotton Bowl.

In addition to his creative work, Winston is an active visual artist, and has taught at the University of Tulsa, Hochschule Liechtenstein, and the Ronnie K. Irani Center for the Creation of Economic Wealth. He is a passionate public speaker, served on many boards, and is a staunch supporter of the arts.

Winston is currently CCO at Espacio, a full-service creative hub with a focus on connecting clients with the Latino community, and also working on select creative projects through Another Civilian, his personal design studio.
